Districts is proud to be one of the first events in the new South13 venue, formerly known as the B&Q store Boucher Road. South13 is another exciting regeneration project from the Square Pit team that brought you the iconic T13.
Located in one of Belfast’s busiest commercial areas, Boucher Road is home to everything automotive in Belfast – with most main car dealerships having a presence in the area. It also has many retail outlets, restaurants and has links to major motorways and travel links.
2.1 SHOW & SHINE
Our Show & Shine will be a bit different than your normal show, split up into Districts – there will be a District for anything and everything. Everything awesome is welcome.
2.2 UNIQUE AWARDS
We’ve attended enough car shows to see what works and what doesn’t with awards and judging. Our system is completely new and will make watching the awards at a car show interesting once more.
2.3 GRAFFITI ZONE
We want to celebrate everything out of the ordinary – a part of this is to include as many different displays and things to do as possible. We will be inviting Graffiti artists to do live Graffiti on the show day.
2.4 TITANIC CITY CYCLES
We’ve teamed up with Belfast custom motorbike specialists Titanic City Cycles. They will be displaying a range of their own unique motorbikes, and inviting along a wide range of bikes including custom builds, street scrambler and bobber racer motorcycles to name a few. Their amazing rustic workshop will also be open to the public.
2.5 LIVE DJS
An important part of our show is to create a chilled out atmosphere for everyone attending, we will have different DJs on stage throughout the two days. DJs to be announced.
2.6 ACTION SPORTS DISPLAY
Think BMXing, Skateboarding, Parkour – we’ve teamed up with the guys behind T13 Belfast to provide various Urban Expose displays throughout both days of our show.
Another element we will be bringing to our show is a breakdancing display throughout the show day, live on our stage.
We have some amazing prizes to give away, one of our sponsors – Rotiform are giving away one set of Cast wheels of the winners choice. We will also have many other prizes up for grabs.
Highly requested in other Northern Irish shows, on Saturday we will have an in-house bar for all those in attendance.
2.10 AFTER PARTY
We’ve teamed up with Belfast’s longest running and most recognised Night Club. Thompsons Garage will be hosting the official after party on Saturday night. Special deals will be in place for car show attendees.
2.11 KIDS ACTIVITIES
No weekend long show is complete without somewhere to keep the kids entertained – keep an eye on our social media for more information.
2.12 TRADE STANDS
Alongside a specially designed ILOVEBASS trade stand just for Districts, we will be hosting Trade Stands from all over the UK.
2.13 FOOD STALLS
Sick of that boring car show food? Us too – we have some exciting food vendors for Districts.

Exciting New Venue for 2017!
TrustFord, in conjunction with the Capri Club NI, RS Owners Club and Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, are once again hosting the 13th annual Causeway Coast Ford Fair at a new & exciting venue – West Bay, Portrush on Sunday 4th June 2017.
The Causeway Coast Ford Fair (CCFF) is by far the largest car display event to be held in Ireland each year. The event attracts upwards on 10,000 people each year, with over 400 static Ford vehicles including vintage, modern and sport on display.
The first show, back in 2005, was relatively small, but such has been the success of Ford Fair, that it is now a major calendar event for the Causeway Coast and Glens region. Alan Gourley, Capri Club NI, first approached Lindsay Cars Coleraine back in 2004 to garner interest in holding a small static display of Ford vehicles at the dealership.
Little did we know back then how this event would mushroom in to the huge show that it has become today. We thank all of our loyal ‘blue oval’ car owners who, hail rain or shine, have their vehicles in pristine condition each year and make the show the tremendous occasion that it has become!
The Northern Ireland RS Owners Club Regional Day 2017 will be held at the Ballymena Showgrounds.
The show will take place on the Stock Car Oval, ensuring each car gets adequate space on smooth tarmac.
The event will kick off on Saturday 6th May at 10am and is open to all RS models, Classic, Vintage and Modified Fords.
Visiting car clubs are most welcome, please feel free to contact us to arrange a space.
Awards will be presented on the day.

Northern Ireland’s newest car show
located at Raceview Mill, Broughshane.
Arriving April 30th 2017. Cars at the Mill will be an indoor and outdoor show open to all makes and models.
All proceeds from this year’s show will be donated to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
Located in Broughshane, the garden village of Ulster, Raceview Mill was a working woollen mill in yesteryear. Nowadays the 15-acre site is home to an indoor market and a vibrant community of shops, cafes and local businesses. It is these halls that will house our indoor section of the show.
Come and enjoy our show with its magnificent retro back drop and laid back nature. Visit Raceview Mill for more info.
Enter your pride and joy into the Cars at the Mill show n shine. A small selection of the pre-applied cars will be entered into our indoor hall. This will be a varied selection across all genres of the automotive world. This will just be a fraction of the cars on display in the competition.
Prizes will be awarded on the day chosen by the appointed judges. These will be for:
- Top ten
- Best classic
- Best modern
- Sponsor’s choice
Our show n shine will also showcase a new type of award, the people’s choice. If you enter your car into the show n shine you get one vote to select your favourite car on the day.
From the M2 take the exit signposted Broughshane.
After you pass the 40 MPH sign, look out for Raceview Mill on the left hand side.
If you are using a satnav the postcode is BT42 4JJ.
Sunday 9th April 2017 sees a return to Bangor of the old school ‘Bangor Cruise’ attendees.
Their faces may be a little older and their cars may be a little faster, but tonight is mostly about getting a catch up with old friends and return to Piccola Pizza for a kebab on chip or pollo pizza to go.
Some members of the RSOC will be there and photos will follow – lets hope the weather brightens up as per the forecast.
Further details of future events will likely be added to this website and the organsiers can also be found on Facebook directly on the following link.
For the first meet of this type in Bangor in a loooong time, most would deem it a success.
The ‘bottom’ seafront car park at Queens Parade was filled to capacity from early on and the ‘Top’ car park became a vantage point, to eat some food and watch the cars drive by.
The cars in attendance ranged from newer Porsche and BMW flagship models through to VAG and Jap offerings. The Ford scene saw some old classics including a few Sapphires, XR4x4, a lone Escort Cosworth and some Focus RS’.
Not many photos were taken as we were otherwise engaged in chat and then a scenic drive home for a relatively early evening.
Perhaps this will be a sign of things to come for the summer months this year, even if only arranged on a monthly basis it would be nice to see the streets humming again with a few more interesting vehicles.
A few initial photos from the evening with more to come.
